We are proud of our products and want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your Big Timber purchase for any reason you may return it in new condition within 20 days of the shipping date for exchange or refund. Not what you wanted? No problem. Wrong size? No problem. Don't like the color? No problem. We'll be happy to exchange the item for something you want, or we'll return your money (shipping charges excepted). Just make sure to follow the instructions shown shown in the Return Policy below.
Return Policy
If you are unhappy with your Big Timber purchase for any reason you may return it within 20 days of the shipping date for exchange or refund. Please check your purchase carefully as soon as you receive it. Returns for refund or exchange after 20 days will be charged a 15% restocking fee. After 45 days, all sales are considered final.
Returned items must be in new condition with no sign of wear, and with the tags still attached. Items returned with signs of wear will be charged a minimum of 15% in order to allow us to sell the item as used.
Shipping charges are not refundable unless we shipped an incorrect or defective item.
Returned items must have a return authorization number on the outside of the box. To get a return authorization, please call us (303-753-0188) or email us (sales@bigtimbersaddles.com). Please reference your invoice number, the item to be returned, and whether you want an exchange or refund. We will then provide you a return authorization number, along with the correct return address. Returns sent without a return authorization number will not be accepted.
All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the packing slip. After a return has been received, it will normally take 1-2 weeks to process. Refunds will be credited back to the credit card used for the purchase.
We recommend that you insure all returns against loss or damage. Customer assumes all responsibility for return shipments and all return shipping charges, including unauthorized returns which are refused by Big Timber Saddles.

Saddle Tree Warranty
All new saddles sold by Big Timber Saddles carry a two year warranty against breakage of the tree under normal riding conditions. The warranty does not cover other parts of the saddle, including the horn, leather, hardware, or stirrups.
Big Timber Saddles does not warrant any product which has been the subject of misuse, negligence, accident, repar, or alteration which, in the judgment of Big Timber Saddles, Inc. affects the product's stability or reliability. Any and all warranties or guaranties (if any) shall immediately cease and terminate as to any products or parts thereof which are altered or modified. The warranties referred to above shall be the sole and exclusive warranties. There shall be no other warranties express or implied including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or any other obligation on the part of Big Timber Saddles, Inc. In no event shall the warranties (if any) of Big Timber Saddles, Inc. require more than the repair or replacement of any part or parts which are found to be defective within the effective period of the warranty. Big Timber Saddles, Inc. shall have no liability for any incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, indirect, or consequential damages.
